Special Education Classroom Team Debriefing/Planning Meeting Guide

Add some structure to your team meetings!!!! Here are some guiding questions to help with a debriefing meeting with your classroom team. The goal is to provide quick answers and solutions (in a minimal amount of time) to real life challenges in the classroom. There are focused questions for teams to discuss when debriefing. Try to teach yourself and your team to limit answers to one sentence or 30 seconds in order to keep on topic and keep the meeting solution based, rather than a re-hash or complaint session.

Posters can hang as a reminder of what to questions to ask and as a reminder of the day of the meeting. Notes pages can be printed as needed for people to have a record of the meeting.
